Cancellation Policy

In order to secure a reservation you will be asked to pre-pay, by check in the mail, an amount equal to one night's charge or, up to 50% of your total reservation cost during peak demand times. Due to the several cottage styles and the limited number of each type, once you have made a reservation, it is probable that other requests for this type of cottage are turned away.  For this reason deposits are considered "non-refundable".  In the event that you must cancel your reservation for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.  We will immediately try to re-rent the cottage.  It is our policy to refund your deposit if we are able to fill the exact space that you reserved with another suitable reservation. A $25 service charge per cottage/per week reserved is deducted from returned deposits.

At time of check-in you are responsible for paying the entire balance for the space you reserved.  If you should have to end your stay before completing your reserved time, you will get a refund only if we are able to rent out the remaining space you did not use.   In that case, a $50 early termination fee will apply to cover cleaning and re-booking expenses.
